Signature: "Gary Green" in blue felt tip, 5x3. At the age of 26, Gary Green (b. 1955) was the
youngest head coach in the NHL when he became the head coach of the Washington Capitals
during the 1979-1980 NHL season. After his stint with the Capitals in 1981, Green transitioned
to broadcasting, where he made a name for himself as a knowledgeable and insightful hockey
analyst for college hockey and Canada Cup hockey as well as providing colour commentary for
the Winnipeg Jets and Montreal Canadiens. Lightly toned. Ink notes in an unknown hand on
verso. Otherwise, fine condition.
