Love Boat script dated July 6, 1984 and signed by Gavin MacLeod, who played Captain Merrill Stubing. This episode aired on Sept. 22, 1984.
Script signed "Gavin MacLeod" in blue ink on 5x3 card attached to cover. 96 pages, 8½x11. Titled: "The Love Boat/LB-185 (13)/90 Minute Ladies Only Cruise" with three storylines by different writers: Doc's Slump, What a Drag! and The Crew's Cruise Director. MacLeod appeared in this episode. Second draft, July 6, 1984. This episode first aired on Sept. 22, 1984 as the first episode of Season Eight. MacLeod, born in Mount Kisko, New York in 1930, is best known for his roles on two TV series: as Murray Slaughter on the Mary Tyler Moore Show (1970-1977) and as Captain Merrill Stubing on The Love Boat (1977-1986). He had previously appeared in McHale's Navy (1962-1964) and in several feature films, beginning in 1958. His credits include Pork Chop Hill and Operation Petticoat (both 1959), The Sand Pebbles (1966) and Kelly's Heroes (1970), and MacLeod has also appeared in several made-for-TV movies and has guest starred on a long list of TV shows, from Peter Gunn and The Thin Man in 1958 to Touched By An Angel in 2003. Three binder holes on left with two binders. Cover is lightly creased, otherwise in fine condition.
