Eight professional golf players signed this program from the 1990 Security Pacific Senior Classic
Program signed: "Gene Littler", "Don January", "Al Geiberger/ 'Mr 59'", "Walt Zembreskie", "Jim Dent", "Don Bies", "Chi Chi Rodriguez" and "Homero Blancas", folded in quarters to 5½x8½. Official Pairings and Starting Times for the 1990 Security Pacific Senior Classic, Pro-Am, Day 2, Thursday, November 1. GENE LITTLER (1930-2019) won 29 PGA Tour events between 1954 and 1977, including the U.S. Open in 1961. He has won eight more events since joining the senior tour in 1981. Littler was nicknamed "the machine" for the smooth tempo of his golf swing. Puerto Rican CHI CHI RODRIGUEZ, one of the most popular golfers ever, won 8 PGA Tour events between 1962 and 1979 and 22 more Senior Tour events (1986-1993). JANUARY won ten PGA tournaments (1956-1976), including the PGA Tournament in 1967, and 22 more on the Senior Tour. GEIBERGER won 11 PGA events (1962-1979) and 11 more senior titles (1987-1996). He shot a 59 at the Danny Thomas Memphis Classic in 1977, the first 59 score in PGA Tour history. ZEMBRISKI, a model of determination, spent fourteen years in the armed forces, struggled in the PGA tour for two years without winning anything, quit to make a living as a steel worker in high rise construction, and finally returned to golf as a highly successful money-winner on the Senior Tour. DENT never finished higher than second in a PGA tourney, but really came into his own as a senior golfer, winning 12 events between 1989 and 1998. BIES, who turned pro in 1957, is 70th on the all-time money list. BLANCAS was PGA Rookie of the Year in 1965 and won four PGA tournaments. Ink has haloed. Fine condition.
