Schwarzkopf served two tours of duty in the Vietnam War, where he was twice
wounded and decorated with three Silver Stars, three Bronze Stars and the
Distinguished Service Medal. He led the U.S. and its allies in Operation Desert
Storm, January 17-February 27, 1991, defeating Iraq in the Persian Gulf War and
liberating Kuwait, from Iraq. His book, It Doesn't Take a Hero, was
published in 1992. Slightly creased. Fine condition, with large, bold signature.
