Inscribed photograph signed "Best wishes, David/Genevieve Page". B/w, 4¾x6¾. Page, born Geneviève Bronjean in Paris, France in 1927, is a French actress and leading lady with over 50 movies and TV shows to her credit since 1949, when she made her film debut in the documentary Ce siècle a cinquante ans. She has since starred French, Italian, British and American films - often in period pieces as a beautiful heroine who meets an untimely demise - including roles as Princess Urraca in El Cid (1961), Madame Anais in Belle du Jour (1967) and the beautiful spy Gabrielle Valladon in The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes (1970). Lightly bowed. "B" and "id" of legible are faint but legible. Otherwise in fine condition.
