British actor George Baker (1931-2011), born in Bulgaria while his father was vice consul there, has been appearing in (mostly English) films for almost half a century. Prominent starring roles have included A Woman for Joe (1955) and For Queen and Country (1989). A frequent face on British television, he appeared in several episodes of Doctor Who (1980) and portrayed Roman Emperor Tiberius in the Masterpiece Theatre series "I, Claudius" (1976). Cover slightly soiled. Fine condition.
