A graduate of Rutgers University, he worked as a lawyer and was elected as a New Jersey state senator in 1876, serving as state senate president in 1878. A democrat, he served as the Governor of New Jersey from 1881 to 1884. FLORA G. MOULTON, a resident of Chicago, Illinois, patented an "Attachment to Telephone-Transmitter" device on April 9, 1907. Lightly creased. Lightly worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
