GEORGE HAMILTON
Vintage black and white publicly photograph of a young George Hamilton wearing a white sweater sitting down in front of a statue.
Photograph signed: "George/Hamilton". B/w, 8x9½. Although recruited more for his looks than his acting, Hamilton has improved at his craft, especially in comedies like Love at First Bite (1979) and Zorro, the Gay Blade (1981). He earned praise for his portrayal of Moss Hart in Act One (1963) and of Hank Williams in Your Cheatin' Heart (1965). He has been familiar to TV viewers in series like The Survivors (1969), Dynasty (1985-1986 only) and as host of The Family, a "reality show" which debuted in 2003. Pencil name (unknown hand) on verso (no show through). Lightly creased at corners. Fine condition.
