Autograph manuscript signed: "George Marshall Ruge" in blue ink. 1 page, 8½x11. In full: "Tod M. Axelrod, The American Museum of Historical Documents: As you requested, I am sending along this brief outline of my career to date. My professional career as an actor began in 1972. I studied at San Francisco State University & A.C.T.. My Work in theatre led to small roles on various productions that were filmed in San Francisco - "Streets of San Francisco", "Towering Inferno", & "Magnum Force" among others. I moved to Los Angeles to pursue film & T.V.. A number of small roles followed my name to L.A.: "Baa Baa Black Sheep", "Paper Chase", "Quincy", "The Island", Etc.. In 1980 I had a career break of sorts: I played the twin brother roles opposite George Hamilton in "Zorro, the Gay Blade". I also performed all the physical action for the "Zorro" character i.e. swordwork, riding, etc.. This led directly to my roles as "Lord Drummond" opposite Peter O'Toole in "My Favorite Year". More recently I had a re-occurring role on the series "Wizards and Warriors". Other credits include "The Master", "Knots Landing", "My Wicked Wicked Ways", "World War II", "Mike Hammer", Scarecrow & Mrs. King etc.. Thank you for your interest & best of luck in all your endeavors. Warmest regards -".
