notations in unknown hand. 2 pages, 6x8½, 1 sheet, front and verso. With 6¼x3¼
initiation fee receipt carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top
edge. December 10, 1959 Membership form for the American Federation of
Television and Radio Artists as an actor. Television actor, George Perina worked
steadily from the mid 1960s to mid 1970s. With small parts in many programs, he
managed to hit many of the well known series such as Perry Mason (1965),
I Spy (1966, 12 O'Clock High (1966), 2 episodes of Run for Your
Life (1966), 2 of Mission Impossible (1968-1969), 3 of It Takes a
Thief (1968-1970) and ending with The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries
(1977). Lightly creased. Receipt has crease at top edge and carbon copy marks.
Otherwise in fine condition.
