after winning the title, singer and actress MARY ANN MOBLEY
(1939-2014) has appeared in feature films and made-for-TV movies, been a
regular on several TV series and made guest appearances on a number of TV shows.
After making her film debut in 1964's Get Yourself a College Girl, Mobley
won the Golden Globe for New Star of the Year - Female before going on to
star in two films with Elvis Presley (Girl Happy and Harum
Scarum, both 1965). Her other film credits include For Singles Only
(1968), and Mobley appeared in a long list of made-for-TV movies. Her
television credits include appearing in regular roles on General
Hospital (1979) and Diff'rent Strokes (1985-1986) and
guest co-hosting The Home Show (1992, 1993). Mobley also had a
recurring role on Falcon Crest (1988) and was frequently seen on
The New Hollywood Squares (1987, 1988, 1989) and episodes of Fantasy
Island and The Love Boat. She has been married to actor/talk show
host Gary Collins since 1967. Their only child, daughter Mary Clancy
Collins, became a television executive. Film and
television actor CHAD EVERETT (1937-2012), born Raymond Lee Cramton, is
best remembered for portraying Dr. Joe Gannon in the long running TV drama,
Medical Center (1969-1976), for which he was nominated for two
Emmy Awards and two Golden Globes. He has starred in several other series,
from The Dakotas (1963) to McKenna (1994-1995) and made dozens of
TV guest appearances, and Everett has been seen in over thirty feature
films, including Claudelle Inglish (1961, his debut), The Chapman
Report (1962), Johnny Tiger (1966), The Impossible Years
(1968), Airplane II: The Sequel (1982), Psycho (1988),
Mulholland Dr. (2001), A View From the Top (2003) and
Unspoken (2006, narrator). Lightly worn. Lightly creased. Otherwise, fine
condition.
