Show bill signed "Gilda". With "99/22/79" written on page 3 in black ink in unknown hand. 68 pages with covers, 5½x9, bound with three staples. Playbill from the Winter Garden Theatre production of Gilda Radner: Live from New York (1979), which was written by and starred Radner. Radner (1946-1989, born in Detroit, Michigan) was one of the original cast of NBC's Saturday Night Live (1975-1980), creating such characters as Emily Litella ("Never mind") and Roseanne Rosannadana. 1979, she moved to Broadway with Gilda Live, which became a film the following year. Radner's other film credits include The Last Detail (1973, her film debut), Hanky Panky (1982), The Woman in Red (1984) and Haunted Honeymoon (1986, her last film). Her autobiography, It's Always Something, was published the year Radner died. Her second husband, from 1984 until her death from cancer in 1989, was fellow actor Gene Wilder. Lightly toned and creased. Staples are rusted. Otherwise in fine condition.
