unknown hand. 2 pages, 6½x9, 1 sheet (front and verso). With 6¼x3¼ initiation
fee receipt No. 260506 carbon copy with perforated left edge stapled at top
edge. 26 September 1956. Membership form for the American Federation of
Television and Radio Artists as an actress. American actress Gloria
Marshall (1931-1994) was seen on TV in the 1950s and 1960s in mostly small
parts. She started out on Fireside Theatre (1951), hit a couple of the
westerns - Death Valley Days (1954) & Gunsmoke (1957), 6
episodes of The Bob Cummings Show (1955-1961) and ended with My
Favorite Martian (1965) with a few others in between. Marshall worked on two
films, Escape to Burma (1955) and The Roadracers (1959). Lightly
toned and creased. Receipt has creases and nicks at top edge and carbon copy
marks. Otherwise, fine condition.
