Photo of Hornung running the ball and Taylor blocking for him, signed by both, matted to 11x14
Photograph signed: "Best Wishes/Paul Hornung", "Jim Taylor". B/w 7¼x8½ image, matted to 11x14 overall. The 1956 Heisman Trophy winner, two-time MVP PAUL HORNUNG helped the Green Bay Packers win four NFL championships. He was a multi-talented clutch player, and was at his best inside the 20-yard line. Hornung was NFL Player of the Year (1960-1961) and led NFL scorers for three years with a record 176 points in 1960. His career stats include 3,711 yards rushing, 130 receptions and 760 points. Hornung tallied a record 19 points in the 1961 NFL title game. JIM TAYLOR was a 1,000-yard rusher for five straight years (1960-1964). In his career, he has rushed for 8597 yards, caught 225 passes, amassed 10,538 combined net yards and scored 558 points. Taylor led the NFL in rushers and scorers, and had a record 19 TDs in 1962. He was a ferocious runner, rugged blocker and a prime disciple of the "run to daylight" doctrine. Both are Hall of Famers. Authentication sticker at lower right corner. Otherwise fine condition. Not matted in the Gallery of History style.
