GREG LUZINSKI, a four-time All-Star, played outfield for the Phillies (1970-1980) before finishing out his career with the White Sox (1981-1984). A feared slugger, Luzinski finished second in the National League MVP voting twice and finished with career averages of .276 batting, .363 on base, and .478 slugging. He appeared in the postseason in five seasons, and was a key part of the only World Championship team in Phillies history (1980). Luzinski's teammate on the 1980 Championship team was catcher BOB BOONE, who also notched four All-Star appearances, as well as seven Gold Gloves, in his 19-year Major League career (1970-1984). RICH DAUER played 2B and 3B, devoting his entire Major League career to the Baltimore Orioles (1976-1985). A very difficult man to strike out, Dauer had the fewest strikouts per at bat two years in a row (1980, 1981). He played for the Orioles in two World Series (1979, and the victorious 1983 team). BRUCE KISON (1950-2018) played almost a decade for the Pittsburgh Pirates (1971-1979), before finishing his career with four years with the Angels and one with the Red Sox. He pitched for the Pirates in the 1971 and 1979 World Series, winning 3 games and losing just one. In seven postseason series, he had a remarkably good 1.98 Earned Run Average. MITCHELL PAGE played all but his last Major League season with the Oakland A's (1977-1983). Page had his best year as a rookie, hitting 21 homers, stealing 42 bases, and accumulating averages of .307 batting, .405 on base, and .521 slugging. He finished second in the Rookie of the Year voting that year. KEITH LOCKHART spent 10 seasons in the Majors (1994-2003), playing 2B and 3B. He played in the postseason in all 6 of his seasons as an Atlanta Brave (1997-2002), including the 1999 World Series, lost to the Yankees. These signatures are bold but in many cases difficult to decipher, since the players were not on a single team. The base merits further research. Fine condition.
