Magazine Photograph signed: "Guy Chouinard" in blue felt tip, color, 2¼x6 affixed to a piece
of 2¾x6½ piece of card stock (2 surfaces). Guy Chouinard (b. 1956) is a retired NHL center
who played 10 seasons with the Atlanta Flames, Calgary Flames, and the St. Louis Blues
between 1974 and 1984. He was the 28th overall pick in the 2nd round for Atlanta in the
1974 NHL Amateur Draft. Retiring after 9 games in the IHL, Chouinard posted an NHL
record of 575 points in 578 games. Since retirement, Chouinard has coached for several
teams in the QMJHL, including the Prince Edward Island Rockets. Upper right edge
scuffed. Creasing at lower corners. Irregular edges (both photo and card stock). Corners gently
worn. Top edge toned. Otherwise, fine condition.
