HAL RENIFF
Specially autographed "Pride of New York" sports card
Sports Card signed: "Hal Reniff". Color, 2½x3½. Card in the Yankee Signature Series from Upper Deck, autographed for the company. Hal Reniff (1938-2004) played all of his Major League ball in New York (1961-1967), all but half of his final season with the Yankees, and finishing up with the Mets. Reniff pitched well in relief for the legendary 1961 Yankees. Returned to the minors for most of 1962, he returned to the Majors in 1963 to become a workhorse out of the bullpen. Unusually, Reniff didn't retire from the game after being released by the Mets. He pitched for the Syracuse Chiefs of the International League through 1972. Fine condition.
