note all you have to say and am very glad to hear you have found my book about
the Work so helpful. With regard to your health problem, I think the best book
of mine which you can get is EVERYBODY'S GUIDE TO NATURE CURE. I can have a copy
sent you if you like to send me a cheque to cover cost and postage, which is
24/-. If, after reading the book, you feel you would like some detailed personal
advice about your health, I would be very glad to give this. The fee would be
£3.3.0 to cover a period of three months, during which time you would have to

health practitionerHarry Benjamin (1896-1966) was a leading
exponent of natural cures, as opposed to reliance on medicine, believing
that disease was nature's way of cleansing the body of impurities. His first
book, Better Sight Without Glasses (1928), was followed by Everybody's
Guide to Nature Cure (1936), a book which remains in print and widely cited
by advocates of holistic health. Benjamin was also a theosophist,
married from 1943 to Elsie (Savage) Benjamin, the head of Britain's Theosophical
