Henry Hull (1890-1977) made his stage acting debut in either 1909 or
1911. He made his first film in New Jersey's World Studios in 1916. Although his
place of honor in the American Theater is incontestable he did appear in leading
roles in movies such as One Exciting Night (1922), The Werewolf of
London (1935), The Return of Frank James (1940), Lifeboat
(1944) and Objective Burma (1945). A playwright as well as an actor, Hull
worked on such plays as Congratulations and Manhattan. One of his last film
appearances was in The Chase (1966). Corners lightly worn. Otherwise,
fine condition.
