HULK HOGAN, CO-SIGNED BY: KING KONG BUNDY
Large signed 16x20 color photo of Hulk Hogan hauling back for a punch on a bloodied Bundy in a steel cage match
Photograph signed "Hulk Hogan" and "King Kong Bundy". Color, 16x20. Accompanied by: Two small unsigned color photos of Hogan and Bundy signing this or a similar photograph, captioned across front of both "Property of/Authentic Signings, Inc." All three photos have holographic authentication labels. One of the most popular wrestlers of all time, Hogan (b. 1953), was an accomplished professional guitarist before entering the sport. Hogan made his pro debut in 1978, wrestling as "Sterling Golden" before becoming "The Incredible Hulk Hogan". He joined World Wrestling Entertainment in 1979, cast as an Irish villain. After appearing as Thunderlips in Rocky III (1982), Hogan joined the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) in 1983. One of the first wrestlers to enter the ring to music, he first chose "Eye of the Tiger", a tribute to his Rocky III performance. Hogan is known for his red and gold apparel and ever-present bandana and always tears his tee shirt off his body. But his talent overshadows his stage antics. Hogan won both the WWE Championship and the WCW Heavyweight Championship six times, and he also dealt André the Giant his first loss in pro wrestling. Hogan, the first pro wrestler on the cover of "Sports Illustrated", has appeared in numerous films and videos as well as on televised wrestling events and talk shows. He was elected to the Professional Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2003. Bundy (1957-2019) was a professional wrestler known for his weight - he weighed up to 503 pounds during his wrestling career and often entered the ring weighing 450 pounds or more - and for his tendency to ask for five-counts, rather than three-counts, during squashes. He started wrestling in 1981 and entered the World Wrestling Federation (now World Wrestling Entertainment) in 1985, where he feuded with fellow superheavyweight Andre the Giant. He left in 1988, then returned in 1994 as part of Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar Corporation. He currently wrestlers with several other circuits, including AWA, and has begun a career in stand-up comedy. Lightly creased. "Bundy" is faint but legible. Otherwise in fine condition.
