Ignatius Donnelly (1831-1901) was Lieutenant Governor of Minnesota (1860-1863) before serving as U.S. Congressman from Minnesota from 1863-1869. He later served in the Minnesota State Senate (1874-1878) and was the unsuccessful People's Party nominee for Governor of Minnesota (1892) and Vice President of the U.S. (1900). Slightly shaded at upper margin, lightly soiled at lower margin. Fine condition.
