Jack Haley (1900-1979), fondly remembered as The Tin Man in The Wizard of Oz. Originally a vaudeville star, Haley also starred in such films as Pigskin Parade (1936), and the 1938 films Alexander's Ragtime Band and Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm. His last starring role was Vacation in Reno (1946). His son, Jack Haley, Jr. (1933-2001) was a Hollywood producer. Canadian-born comic Beatrice Lillie (1894-1989) moved to England in 1914, becoming a music hall favorite. She had a radio program after World War II. Lillie's Broadway debut was in This Year of Grace (1927), written for her by her friend Noel Coward. The last of her occasional film appearances was in Thoroughly Modern Millie (1967). She married Sir Robert Peel (d. 1934) in 1920. Toned. Creased. Edges and corners Slightly soiled. Otherwise, fine condition.
