Cooley/'Anna Lucasta'", B/w, 3½x5. Anna Lucasta (1958) stars Eartha
Kitt, Sammy Davis, Jr. and Frederick O'Neal. Cooley starred in the Broadway
production of the show before it was made into a film in 1958. Actress
Isabelle Cooley career spans over 30 years, beginning in 1957 with her
appearance on the Lux Video Theatre. Later she was seen in Suicide
Battalion (1958), Anna Lucasta (with Eartha Kitt and Sammy Davis,
Jr., 1958) and the racial drama I Passed for White (1960). One of her
biggest roles of her career is as servant Charmian in the classic Cleopatra
(1963) starring Elizabeth Taylor. Other notable performances include
Parenthood (1989), Real Genius (1985) and Breathless (1983) with
Richard Gere. Also a stage actress, Cooley has appeared in 3 Broadway plays,
including The Long Dream (1960). Ink notes (unknown hand) and
