The veteran of over 400 television shows, stage, screen and television actor Jack KLUGMAN (1922-2012) won his first Emmy Award for a guest appearance on The Defenders in 1964. From 1971-1974, he won another two Emmy Awards as slob Oscar Madison on The Odd Couple, which co-starred Tony Randall. From 1976-1983, he starred in the title role of Quincy, M.E. (medical examiner).  Klugman, who was also nominated for the 1960 Tony Award for Best Supporting or Featured Actor (Musical) for Gypsy, had made his film debut eight years earlier in Grubstake (1952). His other notable films include 12 Angry Men (1958), The Days of Wine and Roses (1962), Goodbye, Columbus (1969) and Dear God (1996). REESE, an ordained minister, played Tess, the mentoring angel, on the CBS drama, Touched By An Angel, from 1994-2003. Reese was nominated for Emmy Awards and Screen Actors Guild awards for the role in 1997 and 1998 and for a Golden Globe in the same category in 1998. Also nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series in 1997 and 1998, Reese won Image Awards for Outstanding Actress in a Drama Series in 1977, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002. Reese began singing in her hometown of Detroit at age six. Beginning in 1945, she toured with Mahalia Jackson's women's gospel group, The Meditation Singers, for five summers.
