Information Agency to Danny Franklin, Phoenix, Arizona. In full: "Your

James Keogh (1916-2006) began reporting for Time magazine in
1951, rising to the position of executive managing editor. He joined the
White House staff as a speech writer for President Nixon, later writing
two books about the Nixon White House and the press. From 1973-1977 he was
Director of the US Information Agency, also running the Voice of America.
Keogh believed that a conversation he held with Soviet Ambassador Anatoly
Dobrynin was a factor in the USSR's decision to stop jamming VOA broadcasts in
1973. Fine condition.
