President's life, inscribes a color photo, adding his nickname.
Photograph inscribed and signed: "To Warren/Best/Wishes and Good
Luck/Jim Bear Brady". Color, 8x10. James S. Brady (b. 1940),
Assistant to the President and Press Secretary, was severely wounded in the
head in the March 30, 1981 attempted assassination of President Reagan. He
and his wife Sarah then led a campaign for stronger gun laws and on November
30, 1993, President Clinton signed the "Brady Bill", a bill named in Mr. Brady's
honor, into law. The Brady Law requires a five-day waiting period and
background check on all handgun purchases through licensed dealers. Fine
