JANE SEYMOUR. Photograph inscribed and signed: "To Ann/With Love/Jane Seymour". B/w, 8x10. Shown with Simon Ward in still from the 1972 film, Young Winston, in which Seymour appeared as Pamela Plowden. ©1972, Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc. Captioned at lower margin. In 1972, Seymour also appeared in the feature film, The Best Pair of Legs in the Business, a TV miniseries, The Strauss Family, and the TV series, The Pathfinders. After a promising start as a Bond girl in Live and Let Die (1973), actress Jane Seymour, born Joyce Penelope Wilhemina Frankenberger in Wimbledon in 1951, turned to television, where she appeared in over 50 made-for-television movies and miniseries. She landed a full-time job as Dr. Mike on Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman (1993-1998), but after several years of solid support, CBS canceled the show despite a write-in campaign from viewers. The show revived her film career, however, and she provided a voice for Quest for Camelot (1998) and appeared in The New Swiss Family Robinson (1998). Her films for television include Yesterday's Children (2000), Enslavement: The True Story of Fanny Kemble (2000), and Blackout (2001). Seymour is also the author of This One & That One: Cookies in the Dark (1998) and Jane Seymour's Guide to Romantic Living (1986). Fine condition.
