JEFF CONAWAY
Black and white photo of the late Conaway as Prince Erik Greystone
Photograph signed: "Best Wishes/Jeff Conaway". B/w, 8x10 overall, image 7¼x8½ (one surface). William Morris Agency, Inc. publicity photograph. Name imprinted at lower margin. Depicted as Prince Erik Greystone in the TV series, Wizards and Warriors (1973), which was co-directed by Bill Bixby. Stage, screen and TV actor Jeff Conaway, born Jeffery Charles William Michael (1950-2011) made his Broadway debut at age ten and later appeared on Broadway in Grease as Kenickie, a role he reprised in the 1978 film version (the 6 foot, two inch actor had to walk slightly stooped to make John Travolta appear taller). In addition to appearing in feature films since 1971, Conaway has also been a regular on Taxi (1978-1981), The Bold and the Beautiful (1989-1990) and Babylon 5 (1995-1998 as Zack Allen, a role he also played in three made-for-TV movies in 1998 and 1999). He has also made numerous guest appearances on TV shows ranging from Happy Days (1975, 1976) to The Tony Danza Show (2004). Conaway was married to Rona Newton-John, the sister of Grease co-star Olivia Newton-John, from 1972-1973 and 1980-1985. Minor surface creases (not evident head on). Fine condition.
