Best known for playing off-the-wall characters, stage, screen and television actor Jeffrey Tambor (born in 1944) has also played a number of characters on Three's Company, had a recurring role on the show's spin-off, The Ropers, and is known to today's TV audiences as George Bluth Sr./Oscar Bluth on Arrested Development (nominated for an Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actor in 2005). Tambor, who began his acting career on sthe stage, made his film debut in 1979's ...And Justice for All. He then appeared in a series of made-for-TV movies as well as other feature films, including Mr. Mom (1983), Three O'Clock High (1987), Brenda Starr (1989), City Slickers (1991), 1775 (1992), Doctor Dolittle (1998), There's Something About Mary (1998), Meet Joe Black (1998), Girl, Interrupted (1999), Pollock (2000), How the Grinch Stole Christmas (2000), Hellboy (2004) and The King of Central Park (2006). Although Tambor has also appeared on Broadway, he is best known for his television work, which began with a guest appearance on Kojack in 1977. His other TV credits include guest appearances on such series as Starsky and Hutch, Taxi, Barney Miller, M*A*S*H, The Love Boat, Murder, She Wrote, Doogie Howser, M.D., Who's the Boss?, The Golden Girls, Tracey Takes On... and The Practice. Minor creases at upper and lower right corners. Minor surface creases and smudges (not evident head on). Fine condition.
