Randolph (1902-1998), a West Virginia Democrat, served in the U.S. House of
Representatives from 1933-1947. Defeated for re-election in 1946, he left
elective office for a decade, before returning to the U.S. Senate
(1958-1985). Randolph's service in Congress began with Franklin Roosevelt's
first term and ended with Ronald Reagan's second, more than half a century
later! Lightly creased with folds, not at signature. Fine
condition.
