JOHN BOLGER
The General Hospital star writes letter to fan thanking him for the support, signs his name in black ink
Typed letter signed: "John E. Boger" in black ink. 1 page, 8½x11. February 24, 1986. In full: "Dear John, I'm sorry it has taken me so long to answer your letter, but the show has kept me very busy. I appreciate all your support. I enjoy working with the cast and crew of "Guiding Light" tremendously. They are a great team and they have accepted me wholeheartedly. Thank you for watching the show and your kind letter. Sincerely". American actor John Bolger (b. 1954), the nephew of Wizard of Oz actor Ray Bolger, made his professional acting debut in the 1986 film Parting Glances. He later appeared in recurring roles in Everything's Relative (1987) and True Blue (1989), but is most known for his role as Pres Floyd in the cult classic series General Hospital. He appeared as Floyd from 2006 to 2012 in a total of 92 episodes, and has since continued to act in television, most recently on the newly producer The Sound of Music Live! (2013). Bolger also has a passion for stage work, forming his own theatre company in 1988, which still performs today. Normal mailing fold. Light surface creases. Slightly toned. Otherwise, fine condition.
