Actor, director, producer, cinematographer and writer John Derek (1926-1998), born Derek Delevan Harris, who made his film debut in 1944, appeared in such features as All the King's Men (1949), Mask of the Avenger (1951), The Ten Commandments (1956), Exodus (1960) and Nightmare in the Sun (1965). Derek was also seen on the small screen in the TV miniseries, Flair (1990), as well as in guest appearances on several series, from Lux Video Theatre (1954) to Frontier Circus (1962). At the 1981 RAZZIE Awards, Derek was nominated for his direction of Tarzan, The Ape Man, which starred his fourth wife, Bo Derek. He was married to four actresses, Pati Behrs (1951-1957), Ursula Andress (1957-1966), Linda Evans (1968-1974) and Bo Derek (1974 until his death); he photographed the latter three wives for "Playboy" magazine pictorials. Lightly creased. Mounting residue affixed on verso. Slightly worn at edges. Otherwise, fine condition.
