WILBUR was Coolidge's Secretary of the Navy (1924-1929), DAVIS was Secretary of War (1925-1929), KELLOGG was Secretary of State (1925-1929) and SARGENT was Attorney General (1925-1929). This photo was taken at a session of the First Pan American Congress of Journalists, which President Coolidge addressed on April 8, 1926. Surface creased, touching the "C" in Curtis, the initial "D" in Davis' signature and the unidentified signature. ¼-inch tear at mid-left margin (all paper intact). Photographer's stamp and tape remnant on verso (no show through). Label from Moss Advertising Agency, Greensboro, North Carolina, affixed at right margin of verso. Overall, in fine condition.
