John McIntire fills out his address, marital status and date. Radio, screen and television actor John McIntire (1907-1991) is best known for his Western roles, both in films and on television. He gained wide recognition for his two most popular television roles: Chris Hale, the trail master on Wagon Train (1961-1965) and Clay Grainger, the owner of the Shiloh Ranch, on NBC's The Virginian, television's first 90 minute Western series (1967-1970). The latter series also featured his real-life wife, Jeanette Nolan, as his wife, Holly Grainger (1968-1970). The couple, who met while performing on radio, were married from 1935 until McIntire's death in 1991 and had two children, including actor Tim McIntire, who predeceased them. Filing holes at top.
