A Broadway performer from 1938, John Randolph (1915-2004) was blacklisted from films and television for over a decade during the McCarthy era. From the 1960s on, he appeared in character roles in such films as Serpico (1966), All the President's Men (1976, as Attorney General John Mitchell, whom he resembled physically), and Prizzi's Honor (1985). He earned a Tony for Best Featured Actor in Neil Simon's Broadway Bound (1987). Fine condition.
