on verso. Operatic tenor John Sullivan (1877-1955), often billed as
O'Sullivan, was a friend of author James Joyce, who arranged his Dublin
debut in 1930 and tirelessly championed him. He specialized in the Italian
operas. Uniformly toned. Diagonal creased in lower left. Slightly soiled.
