imprinted at lower margin. Broadcast personality, composer and musician John
Tesh (born in 1952) hosted Entertainment Tonight for ten years
(1986-1996) before going into music full time. Tesh, who also appeared in
several feature films as himself, guested on TV series, including Bob
Patterson (2001) and Murphy Brown (1990), and hosted The CBS
Sports Spectacular, winning two Emmy Awards for his themes for the Pan
American Games and the theme to the Tour de France. After releasing his
first album, Tour de France, in 1988, Tesh won acclaim for Garden
City (1989) and had smash hits with the albums Monterey Nights
(1993), Sax by the Fire (1994), Live at Red Rocks (1995, which was
filmed as a PBS special), Sax on the Beach (1996) and Sax All
Night (1997). He has also released the gospel albums Pure Hymns
(2000) and Pure Gospel (2001). Tesh has been married to actress Connie
Selleca since 1992. Light black mark at upper left margin. Fine
