8x10. Johnny Klippstein was sometimes called "the wild man of Borneo" because of
his frequent control troubles. In 1958 he was made almost exclusively a reliever
by Dodger manager Walter Alston. With the Indians for one season, he had a
league-leading 14 saves in 1960. Five years later, teaming in the Minnesota
bullpen with ace Al Worthington, Klippstein went 9-3 with five saves to help
the Twins to their first pennant. He finished with 66 career saves. Fine
condition.
