Ferrer claims a permanent address in New York City and $5,400 of exemptions for calendar year 1961. Form submitted to the withholding agent, Twentieth Century-Fox Film Corp. JoséFerrer (1912-1992) won the 1950 Academy Award for Best Actor for reprising his 1947 Tony Award winning title role in Cyrano de Bergerac. He had previously been nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar as the Dauphin in Joan of Arc (1948) and would be nominated again for Best Actor in 1952 for his portrayal of painter Toulouse-Lautrec in Moulin Rouge.
