To "Mr. Cy Laughter" at Laughter Corporation, in full: "Thank you for the care package with the lovely sweater and the two splendid golf shirts. It's extraordinarily generous of you to keep me in mind with your gifts when I couldn't make the tournament [Bogie Buster's Golf Tournament] this year and, rest assured that unless my career interferes again, I'll be there next Summer. Stella joins me in our expressions of gratitude and are sending you both our most affectionate regards. Always".
