Autograph Letter signed: "Joycelyne" in black ink, 1p, 8½x11. No place, 1984 December 15.
On her personal letterhead. To "Dear Mr. Axelrod". In full: "Sorry this took so long. I was in
Mexico doing a German film with Klaus Kinski + I am way behind in correspondence./ I may be
in Vegas Jan 5-8 for the Video convention, unless more film committments [sic] occur. If so, I'll
call + say hi!/ My Best Regards -/ Have a happy holiday./ Love" Joycelyne Lew began acting at
an early age, appearing in The King and I (1956) and Battle Hymn of the Republic (1957)
as a child. She received a Theatre Arts degrees as well as her teaching credential from
UCLA. After teaching for several years, she devoted herself to acting full-time. Lew has made
guest-starring appearances on a number of TV shows including The Jeffersons in 1981, The
Fall Guy in 1982, and Punky Brewster in 1985 as a voice actress. Moreover, she played a
number of different roles, spanning 2009 to 2013, on the television series Pink Slip. Lew
also landed parts in the following movies: Battle Creek Brawl (1980), Fatal Beauty
(1987), Mad Cowgirl (2006), and Natural Born Filmmakers (2016). Lightly toned.
