Department,/Columbus". Judson Harmon (1846-1927), an elected Ohio state
judge (1876-1887), became US Attorney General under President Cleveland
(1895-1897). Harmon served two terms as Governor of Ohio (1909-1913),
winning re-election over future President Warren Harding. He sought the
Democratic Presidential nomination in 1912. Toned. Finger print at top edge.
