Document Signed: "June Allyson", 1p, 8x10. No place, September 30, '46 added in pencil (unknown hand). Release Form addressed to the News Syndicate Co. Inc., New York. In full: "In consideration of the publicity to be given to me and which may arise herefrom, my consent is hereby irrevocably given to you, your assignees and licensees, and to the Chicago Tribune-New York News Syndicate, Inc., and its subscribers and licensees, to use my name, picture, or portrait, in publications for editorial or promotional purposes, excluding, however, commercial advertising." Frequently portraying wholesome girls next door and perfect wives, June Allyson (1917-2006) co-starred with James Stewart in films including The Stratton Story (1949) and The Glenn Miller Story (1954). She hosted her own dramatic anthology TV series from 1959-1961. Allyson remained active in film character roles, TV guest appearances and commercials.
