Signature: "June Wilkinson" in red ink. 3¾x2¼ (visible). Matted to 7¾x9¾ in a black matte with a 3x4½ (visible) color magazine photo of Wilkinson. An English actress with some singing and dancing talent, Wilkinson, born in Eastbourne, East Sussex, England in 1940, was most famous for her looks (her nickname was "the Bosom"). She appeared in seven issues of Playboy magazine, beginning in 1959. When Playboy compiled its list of the 100 sexiest stars of the 20th century, Wilkinson ranked #30, right behind Mamie Van Doren and ahead of Elke Sommer. She accumulated thirty years of film credits, from The Immoral Mr. Teas (1959) to Keaton's Cop (1989). Signature is lightly toned. Mylar over signature is lightly scratched and scuffed. Mylar over photo has vertical striations (not visible head-on). Matte at right edge of photo is lightly nicked. Corners of matte are rounded and worn. Otherwise, fine condition.
