agreed to perform on "a program of the television series entitled 'THE
MIDNIGHT SPECIAL'...which services were rendered on August 18, 1975", KC
& The Sunshine Band confirms their understanding that their performance is
"contemplated to be aired April 2, 1976". The multi-member, racially
integrated group had Number One hits with "Get Down Tonight" (1975), "That's the
Way (I Like It)" (1975), "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty" (1976), "I'm
Your Boogie Man" (1977) and "Please Don't Go" (1980). Lightly creased. Staple
