The actor signs in black felt tip on a youthful image of himself
Photograph signed: "Keir Dullea", in black felt tip, B/w 8x10. After honing his acting skills in regional theater, Keir Dullea (b. 1936) made a strong film debut in The Hoodlum Priest (1961), following it up with David and Lisa in 1962. Dullea's most famous role, however, remains that of astronaut David Bowman, who battled the Hall 9000 computer and met an enigmatic fate in 2001: a Space Odyssey, directed by Stanley Kubrick and based on a story by Arthur C. Clarke. Dullea reappeared as Bowman in 2010, answering many of the questions lingering from 2001. The Fox, based on a novella by D. H. Lawrence, was released in 1967, winning a Golden Globe for Best English Foreign Language Film. Fine condition.
