Keith David (b. 1956 in New York City) is a stage and screen actor who has over 250
screen credits to his name. He's been appearing on-screen since an uncredited appearance in the
1979 film Disco Godfather. Some of his more iconic credits over the years include The
Thing (1982), Platoon (1986), and They Live (1988). David may be even better known for
his voice acting career, both in animated and CG productions and as a narrator. He regularly
works with documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, earning two Emmy nominations and an
Emmy Award for his work with the director. Another prominent voice credit is his role as
Goliath in the animated series Gargoyles (1994-1996)and its continuation Gargoyles: The
Goliath Chronicles (1996). Unidentified signer underneath David's signature. Frayed along
