American author of unauthorized biographies. Her first biography was on
Jackie Kennedy, which detailed claims of JFK's adultery and Jackie Kennedy's
mental state. The book was in the New York Times Best Seller List, but
has now largely been dismissed as untrue or skewed. She has also written books
on Elizabeth Taylor, Frank Sinatra, Nancy Reagan, the British Royal Family,
the Bush Family, and most recently, Oprah Winfrey. All books have had the
same reputation as her first, with the stars being written about generally
displeased. Tape on verso and inside right. Ink smudged on some words.
