Autograph letter signed: "Knox Munson" in blue ink. 5¼x8½.
January 18, 1944, to "Dear Mr. Scholl", in full: "Mr. Fred Hanson
informed me that you were kind enough to send six of my book, 'So Little Done',
to your friends. I wish to have you know how much I do appreciate your interest
in my first book. I am mailing you an inscribed copy which I hope will in some
small way express my gratitude. Sincerely". Knox Munson was an
American author best known for the collection of poems called "So
Little Done." The author merits further research. Lightly toned. Corners
rounded. Edges lightly frayed and creased. Horizontal crease across center.
Pencil notes (unknown hand) on verso. Otherwise, fine
condition.
