First Day Cover celebrating Christmas, postmarked Washington, D.C., October 18, 1979, 15-cent stamp affixed, FIRST DAY OF ISSUE. Although influenced early in her life by the folk and rock sounds of Bob Dylan and Joan Baez, Lacy J. Since 1980, she has recorded fifteen albums, including three "greatest hits' packages, and has released a number of hit singles, including "Crazy Blue Eyes", "Hillbilly Girl With the Blues", "Takin' It Easy" and "Black Coffee". Her biggest hit, "16th Avenue", was named as one of Billboard's top 100 country hits of all time.
